    This is to inform that i am having saving a/c i visited bank on 13.7.15 before 1.30pm but twice i noticed bank was closed for lunch before time as i also showed the time in my both mobile to security that still 3mins remaining for 1.30 just for Passbook update cant come again and again but no use to explain even said to lady at front desk but she said if you think we closed 3mins early then we open bank 3mins early how ridiculous explanation was that they both argued security guard and front desk bank employee. Instant action will be appreciated
