If you have any complaint for any of the SBI services, do following:
Step 1
Visit the Branch
Contact the officer concerned or the Manager of Division or Branch Manager.
Obtain the complaint book from the branch and file your written complaint. A copy of the complaint is returned with acknowledgement of receipt. Click here to see complaint form.
Note: If the branch is not able to solve the grievance within 03 weeks, information about the reasons and further action taken is given.

Period in which to solve the grievance:
The Zonal Office, Local Head Office or the Corporate Centre will acknowledge the grievance within 05 days of receipt and take necessary action to solve the grievance within a maximum period of 03 weeks.

i have registered new sbi mutual fund sip scheme dated 13/11/17,22/11/2017 your mandate forwared to the bank for Authersation sent message to my cell,i approched manager for this matter but he said mandate not received by bank,two more time approched for this matter same answer said,today sbi rejected the sip request sbi said not authersation received from the bank,then not reached 20 days from the request date sent my queries by me no response
New Credit card not Received (4 months Over) by charan tej:

As replied from (Nodal Desk – SBI Cards) mail- we would be intimating you by 1/12/2017 on the status of the same. today is 8-12-2017, still, I haven't got any card.
Please cancel the credit card process and refund my money as I haven't made any transactions and wave off the late payment charges for applying for credit card.
As I don't know the credit card number or account number to pay the amount of late payment, as the calls never connect to customer care and wasting my time on it.
It's very highly inconvenienced from SBI I have faced. Now I have understood by mistake I have applied for SBI card.

Dear Sir/ Madam
I have savings account in State Bank of India for last many years. My account number is 30645218376 and branch Mehesana highway road ( 05150 ).My account in name is Ashaben Mohanbhai Patel and after marriage I have given application for joined my husband name of BHAVIKKUMAR BHARATBHAI PATEL but bank officer change my first name Ashaben Bhavikkumar Patel. I have given application two times for change name but I have not get results till date. So please help me about this problem.
Not refunded excess insurance premium deducted by LUDDIN MARSHAL GONSALVES:

under Group health insurance scheme the premium of Rs2600/- was recovered twice on 12-10-17 and also on 13-10-17 from my SB account no. 11131408849. In this connection application for refund was already submitted to SBI Khanapur (branch code (1001)almost 2 months back. But till date the refund is not received. Kindly arrange for fearly refund of the excess 2600/ recovered.

I have gone through in details and was very much shocked to learn that due to creation of wrong loan code against my car no. PB-10-CU-0017 the interest charges had been levied exorbitantly. This I never expected from the very much prestigious internationally acclaimed number one bank of your status. Under the above circumstances, I earnestly request you to immediately look into this matter and give credit to my said car loan account thereby waiving off exorbitant interest charges levied.In case this credit does not take place immediately to my said cars loans accounts, I would be left with no other alternative but to approach the Consumer Court to my rescue.

Pre matured closer of FD without any request by Ajay Kumar Kotecha:

I have applied for closer of my saving a/c no. 20004367852 on dated 25.01.2018 at SBI Udyachal Branch IFSC: 7932 with due credits of MOD's.with its total balance amount of Rs.276249 reflected in internet banking. Additionally amount of FDR no,30907466311(for locker security) Rs.18927 and FDR no.35215954295 (period of 16 months) Rs 900091 treated as MOD and credited to saving amount. FDR's got premature without any request. Please check the reflection of total balance MOD amount before my application in the account, screen print of which is available to me.
An early action for readjustment to continue my FDR and then closer of my saving a/c may kinly be taken for which i've called so many times to bank authority and then send email on dated 07.02.2018.
On the day of my application bank official taken and destroyed my debit card before me, however Rs.147.50 debited from my saving account as annual ATM charge
Kindly inform me through return of mail, otherwise i will be bound to proceed further to save my rights.
