If you have any complaint for any of the SBI services, do following:

Step 1
Visit the Branch
Contact the officer concerned or the Manager of Division or Branch Manager.
Obtain the complaint book from the branch and file your written complaint. A copy of the complaint is returned with acknowledgement of receipt. Click here to see complaint form.
Note: If the branch is not able to solve the grievance within 03 weeks, information about the reasons and further action taken is given.

Period in which to solve the grievance:

The Zonal Office, Local Head Office or the Corporate Centre will acknowledge the grievance within 05 days of receipt and take necessary action to solve the grievance within a maximum period of 03 weeks.

Step 2
In case the grievance is not resolved within 10 days from the date of registration, you can contact Network Nodal Officer.

    On 8 April I swiped my SBI debit card in HDFC ATM machine to withdraw 10 thousand. But before the cash came power was gone. The crazy guard closed the gate and ran away. Next working day I went to HDFC. They didn't accept my complaint. I went to SBI. They said to complain customer care. I complained and got a ticket number 3052329211 on 12 April. 7 working days passed and now the complaint status is closed with the comment that my money is credited to my account but money has still not come to my account. Plz do something. Plz return my money.

    dear sir, iam the customer of your bank branch Kochi naval base ,kerala.i was requested to change my mobile no and address by giving the hard copy of address proof and id proof in may 2016., for normal and net banking also. but still my mobile no has not been changed, due to thiis i am facing a lot of problem. And one more complain regarding the my home branch staff are not helping out properly they are just ignoring all the requests and grievence. i am telling about my branch located at naval base kochi kerala.

    In my first complain i did not mentioned about my written service request which i put on 21 may of 2017. when i am asking the branch(naval base kochi, kerala) they are telling that there is a system error, and they are not even interacting to our grivences and requests, sometime they knowingly ignore and rounding me. this is not good for any body even if who were sitting there. so please update my new mob no. regard dinesh kumar

    Respected Sir, I am Amnish Sharma was your credit card holder earlier (IRTC Category) and it is regarding the negative account showing on my cibil report however I have already paid all my dues(Rs 17000)long time back still is it showing negative due to which it is impacting my cibil score and I am not able to apply any of the loan as I required.
