If you have any complaint for any of the SBI services, do following:

Step 1
Visit the Branch
Contact the officer concerned or the Manager of Division or Branch Manager.
Obtain the complaint book from the branch and file your written complaint. A copy of the complaint is returned with acknowledgement of receipt. Click here to see complaint form.
Note: If the branch is not able to solve the grievance within 03 weeks, information about the reasons and further action taken is given.

Period in which to solve the grievance:

The Zonal Office, Local Head Office or the Corporate Centre will acknowledge the grievance within 05 days of receipt and take necessary action to solve the grievance within a maximum period of 03 weeks.

Step 2
In case the grievance is not resolved within 10 days from the date of registration, you can contact Network Nodal Officer.

    I have done Cash deposit transaction of Rs, 7,500/- in my sb acc no 20355922681 Dt 20/01/2017 at SBI IN TOUCH MEHSANA - Branch code-19090 . Due to some technical issue my cash was accepted by Cash deposit Machine but same will not be credited in My SB acc . As per the advice by Officer in the branch i have submitted pre filled application with copy of ATM slip for cash tendered in ATM machine. As per officer will receive credit in my acc within 2-3 days after that i have visited branch twice and officer confirm that Engg visited and will give credit in your SB acc today EOd. But till today my SB acc not credited with my Cash of Rs, 7,500/- .I need my balance in my SB Acc on urgent basis for issuance of cheque.

    I vijay Kumar have a Ac no. 10974789944 at Takkolam branch code 14621. On dated 26.01.17 debited rupees 10000 of my account through terminal Atm on site vellore Tamilnadu.In this regard a written coomplaint at our Branch.But till now no response of branch.

    I have visited the bank many times regarding aadhar linking with bank account ..they just take the copy and keep it aside writing on it ok ...already linked ...3 times I have given the photocopy of the same to them ...to resolve it they said mobile number update kra lo ..I filled the form for the mobile number as well now that mobile number updated of some one else not even to do online traction through ATM ...net banking too also submitted long time back that thing too not resolved...apart from this aadhar linking still pending they told me ki kyc kra lo account ki aadhar will be updated but still nt yet done ....I have to take leave from the college every time and attendence short and harming my studies...since whenever my dad goes for these work they said bring her only to do the work done ....I mean this all rediculous first 10 chakkar khilao still den the work is not done I bank also lot of time gets wasted in queue and all .How come they can put some else mobile number in my account...worst service from SBI ...ek kam ni h paya dat too just simple more than a month passed..how can you expect bigger stuff.

    I am a senior citizen and have EPFO Pension Account with State Bank of India, in Mumbai. The State Bank of India has enhanced requirement of minimum balance from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 5,000 from 01.04.2017. Actually, this is unjust. The EPFO pension amount is very small. Many pensioners receive as little as Rs. 600 as monthly pension. Hence, it is requested that the EPFO Pensioners and Senior Citizens may be allowed to keep zero balance, like other Banks.
