    I am a salary account holder of BCB Bhandup branch. Today(1st April 2017)I wanted to withdraw cash due to an emergency. I tried withdrawing from several ATM machines but all I got in reply was, "Sorry for the inconvenience. Your cash withdrawal is denied". I tried contacting the customer redressal number which is printed at the back of the ATM Card. No one responded to the call for the first 10 minutes. Later a lady attended a call and when I said I had a problem with my card, she asked me to contact the number 022-261890160, which is belongs to the card department. No one attended the call. Once again I contacted the same lady to which she transferred my call to the card department where no one responded to my call. I was kept on call waiting for 40 minutes, still with no reply. I then cut the call and tried again to which I was informed that people from the card department have left and no one is present. My question is, in case my card would have been stolen and I wanted to block my card, with this kind of poor customer service, all my money would have been withdrawn by the thief and still my call would not have been attended. Right? After again waiting for 10 minutes I get a reply stating today(1st April, 2017) is your year end and hence I would not be able to withdraw the cash. If this is the case, why wasn't I informed about this by the first lady who attended my call? There wasn't even a message from the bank stating all ATM withdrawal transactions will remain closed due to year ending, unlike other banks. What kind of a customer service is this? I am heavily disappointed by this service. Who is going to reimburse my call expenses which I had to incur due to the gross 50 minutes of call waiting? I genuinely need an explanation to this.

    Query on Home Loan EMI Payment by Vinod Amin:

    Hi,

    I Mr. Vinod Amin (Loan Account No - 6521 - Bhandup Branch) will be able to pay the Loan EMI by this month end i.e. 31-May, as i have not paid the EMI for only 2 months due to personal reasons i.e. Total EMI
    pending 9000+ and now i am receiving the message that my file will be forwarded to Central Office for taking action, as per agreement if the EMI is not paid for last 90 days then the action has to be taken.

    I have already updated in call to one of the Loan dept member that i will be able to pay the EMI month end only bt continuously i am getting call which i will not be able to pick up, if i will not pay you can take action on this.

    Let me know the process for what reason it is getting forwarded.
